Rick began his journey in the rental business in 2019 with a single property in North Carolina. Over the years, he has successfully expanded his portfolio to include a second rental in New Jersey and also co-hosts a home in Oregon. With six years of experience under his belt, Rick has developed a wealth of knowledge in preparing rental spaces, setting up Airbnb listings, and sourcing reliable contractors and cleaning services. He also specializes in smart home technology, offering features like smart locks and cameras to enhance security and convenience.
