We are not a traditional property management firm, and we are not a real estate brokerage. Instead, we operate and co-host a focused portfolio of high-performing short-term rentals using proven systems, hands-on operational experience, and data-driven pricing.
Buckeye Devils owns and operates two flagship short-term rental properties, which serve as the operational foundation of our business. These properties are actively managed by our team and function as real-world testing grounds for pricing strategy, guest experience, operational workflows, and risk management. The same systems and standards used on our owned properties are applied to every co-hosted listing we support.
Our co-hosting partners benefit from this operator-first approach. We work with a limited number of owners who want professional oversight, strong guest communication, disciplined pricing, and consistent operational support — without handing over ownership control or entering a traditional management arrangement.
All co-hosting services are performed exclusively through Airbnb’s platform, with transparent fee structures, clearly defined service tiers, and no long-term lock-ins. Our role is operational support, revenue optimization, and guest experience — not property ownership, leasing, or brokerage.
Buckeye Devils is intentionally selective. We partner with owners who value quality listings, realistic pricing strategies, and long-term performance over short-term gimmicks. Our goal is simple: operate listings like professionals, protect the host’s asset, and maximize performance through systems that work in real market conditions.
